Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WeboEasy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including room managers and members.

Description of Service

WeboEasy is a collaborative code editing platform that allows teams to work on projects in shared rooms. Features include real-time file editing, AI coding assistance, team management tools, and GitHub integration.

The Service requires an account. You may sign in with Google or Email/Password via Firebase Authentication.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WeboEasy to:

• Upload, share, or distribute malicious code, malware, or exploits
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other rooms, accounts, or systems
• Abuse the AI assistant to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
• Circumvent rate limits or security mechanisms
• Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the Service in an unauthorized manner

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all code, files, and content you upload to WeboEasy. By uploading content to a shared room, you grant other members of that room the right to view and collaborate on it according to the permissions set by the room manager.

WeboEasy does not claim ownership of your content. We access it only to provide the Service (e.g., syncing files, sending code context to the AI).

You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you upload.

AI Assistant Disclaimer

You are responsible for any code you deploy, regardless of whether it was generated with AI assistance. We are not liable for bugs, security vulnerabilities, or damages resulting from AI suggestions.

Room Manager Responsibilities

If you create a room ("room manager"), you are responsible for:

• Managing member access and permissions within your room
• Ensuring invited members are authorized to access the project content
• Appropriate use of copy protection, file locking, and assignment features
• Distributing invite codes only to authorized individuals

WeboEasy is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared invite codes or mismanaged permissions.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@weboeasy.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. In cases of severe violations (e.g., uploading malware), termination is immediate.

Upon termination, your access to all rooms is revoked. Room content you contributed may remain accessible to other members.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages (Firebase, Groq, Netlify), or unforeseen circumstances.

The AI assistant depends on Groq's service. If Groq's free tier limits are reached, AI features may be temporarily unavailable. We are working on plans to ensure continued availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeboEasy and its operators are not liable for:

• Loss of data due to technical failures or accidental deletion
• Damages resulting from code generated by the AI assistant
• Unauthorized access to your rooms or content
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
